How to apply

Sponsorship applications can be made at any time via the Queensland Government online sponsorship gateway, and it is recommended that:

Applications requesting funding of $10,000 (excl. GST) or more, submit a minimum of eight (8) months prior to the event.
Applications requesting funding of under $10,000 (excl. GST) submit a minimum of four (4) months prior to the event.

The department receives sponsorship applications via the Queensland Government online sponsorship gateway and assesses these using the guiding principles on sponsorship management in the Queensland Government Sponsorship Framework.
